Le crumble aux pommes by Mayu Kitchen
 
Super easy, no joking! It is very easy to make apple crumble, or any kinds of fruits crumble. Here is the recipe. You can increase to double amounts for your families! Bon appetite!

 
Ingredients for 2-3 people:
2 or 3 apples
lemon
cinnamon
vanilla sugar
50g brown sugar
50g flour
50g butter
vanilla ice-cream
 
 
Apple crumble for 2-3 people:
 
1. Core and cut 2 to 3 apples into cubes coarse distribute in a baking dish.
2. Pour over a 1/2 lemon juice, then, 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon and vanilla sugar.
3. In a bowl, combine flour 50g and 50g of brown sugar & the butter 50g (Easy to remember!)  
Mix by hand to form a crumbly dough, like Panko Japanese.
4, Crumble the dough over the apples. Bake at 190℃ for 30min.
5. Serve warm with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
