How to retrieve my login?


In the eventually of a loss of your login, click on the lock icon placed at the top right of any pages of our Websites.

A feature allowing you to retrieve your login will be displayed.

Input the e-mail address you used for registering on our Websites and validate by clicking on the “Send login” button.

An e-mail including your login information will be sent to your e-mail address.

How to log in on TV5MONDE Asia website?

In order to log in to TV5MONDE+ Asie, you should input your Login and Password into the two fields available at the top right of any page of the websites and validate by clicking on the “Log in” button.

If an error message pops up, a mistake in your inputs is usually the cause of the problem:

We encourage you to input your Login and Password information and validate again.

NB: Please note that the fields are case sensitive.

How can I check my subscription status?


Connect to TV5MONDE Websites using your TV5MONDE account.

Click on your username placed at the top right of any pages of our Websites.

Navigate to the bottom of the page, you should find a “Subscription history” section.

The status of your subscription should be displayed in this section.
